In the instance of over a third, back net the free pass will be awarded at the back net but must be passed or touched by a player before it goes to the centre third.
A player can lightly brush the net, apart from brushing the net at no time may a player touch the net whether they have the ball or not.
A player may not step, land, fall, push off or jump into the nets.
The ball is `live` off all nets. Once a player has released the ball that player may not touch or regain possession until it is first touched by another player or the ball makes contact with the goal ring.
